The Detroit Concert Choir presents: "Glorious Bach" with the Michigan Sinfonietta on Sunday, April 5th at 4:00pm at Grosse Pointe Memorial Church.
Experience the genius and diversity of J.S. Bach's rich and highly varied repertoire of sacred cantatas and motets. Featured works include Cantata No. 4 – Christ lag in Todesbanden, a triumphant composition that celebrates Christ’s death and resurrection; as well as Motet BWV 225 for double choir - Singet dem Herrn ein neues Lied.
