Charles Furchak (Tenor) has returned to the Detroit Concert Choir having previously sung with the ensemble from 1990 to 1993. Chuck began developing a musical career while a student at Wayne State University with voice studies and the Glee Club. He was tenor leader for many years at Old St. Mary’s in Greektown and “Orpheus Club of Detroit”. He continued to sing throughout the area with Michigan Opera Theatre, Christ Church Grosse Pointe, the Brazeal Dennard Chorale and others. Chuck currently is tenor leader with St. James Episcopal in Birmingham.
