Ashley Heidrich (Alto 1) has been actively involved in music since she was a little girl. From playing the Xylophone in elementary school concerts, to listening to her dad play the Blues, and camping out at the Wheatland Music (Bluegrass) Festival with her family every summer. “I love all types of music. If it has an interesting chord progression I’m usually interested in listening to it, no matter what genre it is.” She was a member of the Dondero High School A Cappella Choir and Musical Minority under the direction of Rick Hartsoe. Her recent projects include backup vocals on two albums for Detroit area rap/rock group Twiztid. Ashley is honored to be a member of the Detroit Concert Choir, and sing with a group of talented musicians.
