Carol (Alto II) has enjoyed singing all of her life. After a tour through England with her high school choir, she sang with the Eastern Michigan University Choir for 4 years. The choir toured Michigan annually and performed and studied in Vienna, Austria.
Carol graduated with a bachelor's degree in education and went on to teach elementary school for 38 years in Hazel Park. She received her MA degree in teaching of reading from Oakland University in 1976.
Carol has sung with the Rackham Symphony Choir, the Meadowbrook Festival Chorus and continues to sing with her church choir. In the fall of 2006 she was thrilled to join the Detroit Concert Choir. She feels honored to be part of such a quality group.
After raising their 3 children, Carol is enjoying her retirement in Troy with her husband, Allen.
