Donna Abdoo (Alto) holds a B.S. in Psychology from Wayne State University, and sang in the Choral Union while in college. She has sung under the direction of Gordon Nelson since 1982 and has participated in every one of the national and international choral competitions, recordings, and concerts since that time. Ms. Abdoo retired after 27 years as a manager at AT&T, and now volunteers her talents by helping in the DCC office in many capacities. Donna's husband, David Reed, has volunteered his photography talents over the years to the choir. Most of the photos included on the Detroit Concert Choir website have been taken by David.
